Binance Deposit Not Arrived After 24 Hours — What to Do?
Deposited and Waited a Full Day — Still Nothing?
After depositing crypto to Binance, it normally arrives within minutes to half an hour. If you've been waiting 24 hours and still don't see the funds, something definitely needs attention. But don't panic just yet — most situations are resolvable.
If you haven't registered a Binance account, sign up through Binance official site for fee discounts. Android users can download the APK to install directly.
Step 1: Confirm the Transaction Was Actually Sent
Before contacting support, run through some basic checks:
-
Check the sending platform's status: Log in to the platform or wallet you withdrew from and check the withdrawal status. Is it "Completed" or "Processing"? If it's still processing, the other platform hasn't sent the funds yet — the issue isn't with Binance.
-
Check the blockchain transaction: If the sending platform shows the withdrawal as completed, it will give you a transaction hash (TXID). Look it up on a blockchain explorer:
- TRC20: Check on tronscan.org
- ERC20: Check on etherscan.io
- BEP20: Check on bscscan.com
If the blockchain shows the transaction as confirmed, the funds were indeed sent to the address you provided.
Step 2: Verify Your Deposit Address and Network
This is the most common source of problems. Cross-check the following:
Is the address correct?
Compare the actual deposit address character by character with the one shown in the Binance app. Even one wrong letter or digit means the funds can't reach your account.
Is the network the same?
This is the most frequent beginner mistake. For example, if you selected a TRC20 deposit address on Binance but chose ERC20 when withdrawing from the other platform, the transfer will have issues.
- Wrong network means the funds may have arrived at the same address but on a different chain
- Binance support can sometimes help recover these, but not in all cases
Is the token correct?
Confirm that the token you sent matches the one you selected on Binance's deposit page. For instance, if you sent USDT but clicked on the USDC deposit address on Binance, that's a problem.
Step 3: Check for Minimum Deposit Requirements
Binance has minimum deposit amounts for certain tokens and networks. If your deposit was below the minimum, it may not be processed. Check the minimum amount displayed on Binance's deposit page.
Step 4: Check for System Maintenance
Occasionally, Binance performs maintenance on certain token deposit channels. Deposits during maintenance periods are delayed and only processed once maintenance is complete.
Check for maintenance announcements at:
- The announcement banner on the Binance app homepage
- Binance's official Twitter account
- Notices at the top of the deposit page
All Checks Done and Still Missing? Contact Support
If you've verified everything above — address, network, and token all correct, blockchain shows the transaction confirmed — but Binance still hasn't credited the deposit, it's time to contact support.
How to contact Binance support
The recommended method is in-app live chat: Tap your profile icon → Help & Support → Contact Us → Select "Deposit Issue" → Connect to a human agent. If the queue is long, you can also submit a ticket in the Help Center under the "Deposit Not Credited" category.
When contacting support, have these ready: transaction hash (TXID), deposit address, selected network, deposit amount and time, and a screenshot of the completed withdrawal from the sending platform. The more complete your information, the faster the resolution.
What If You Entered the Wrong Address or Chain?
If you confirm it was your own mistake:
- Wrong address: If the funds went to an address that doesn't belong to you, recovery is essentially impossible
- Wrong chain but compatible address format: Binance can sometimes recover these through technical means, but they may charge a fee and success isn't guaranteed
- Submit a recovery request: In the support ticket system, select "Incorrect Deposit Recovery," fill in the required information, and wait for review
Preventing Future Issues
After this experience, remember to always:
- Double-check the address every time — at minimum, compare the first and last few characters
- Confirm the sending and receiving networks match exactly
- Send a small test amount first when using a new address
- Screenshot and save the transaction record and TXID for every deposit
While a missing deposit is anxiety-inducing, as long as you didn't enter the wrong address, the vast majority of cases are eventually resolved. Stay calm, troubleshoot systematically, and reach out to support when needed.
