Where to Find Your Binance Deposit Order Number and Transaction Records
After depositing, you'll want to check if it arrived, or if there's an issue you need support for. Here's how to find your deposit records and order numbers.
Viewing Deposit Records in the App
In the Binance app: Open app → tap "Assets" at bottom → tap "Records" icon (top right) → switch to "Deposit" tab. Each record shows: coin, amount, status, time, network, address, and TxID.
Viewing on the Web
Log into Binance → profile icon → Orders → Deposit History. Or: Wallet → Transaction History → Deposits. Web version allows filtering by coin, date range, and status.
If you don't have an account, register on Binance first.
Using the TxID
Copy the TxID to the corresponding blockchain explorer: TRC20 → tronscan.org, ERC20 → etherscan.io, BEP20 → bscscan.com, BTC → blockchain.com. When contacting support, TxID is the most critical piece of evidence.
C2C Transaction Records
C2C records are separate: App → "Trade" → "C2C" → "Orders" (top right). Each record includes order number, counterparty info, coin/amount, payment method, status, and time.
Exporting Records
On web: Orders → Trade History → select date range → Export → download CSV file.
Status Meanings
Completed: Credited and available. Processing: Detected on-chain, awaiting confirmations or internal processing. Confirming (X/Y): X current confirmations, Y required. Abnormal: Issue detected, may need support.
Can't Find Your Deposit Record?
Possible reasons: just initiated (wait a few minutes), wrong filter applied, wrong address/network used (contact support), or confusing C2C with on-chain records.
Security Reminder
Ensure you're on the official Binance website or app. Phishing sites look identical — bookmark the real URL. Use the Binance app official version.
